Hysen Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) Rapid Semi-quantitative Test Kit is a chromatographic immunoassay for semi-quantitative determination of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone in serum, plasma and whole blood. How To Use the Hysen™ TSH Rapid Semi-quantitative Test Kit,
1. ازموینې ته چمتو کول - Ensure the kit is balanced to room temperature before use.
2.Collect the sample – Collect and storage the serum, plasma or whole blood specimens according to the instruction for use.
3.Apply to device – Add 10ul plasma/serum or 20ul whole blood into the sample well (S), then add 3 drops (80-100ul) buffer into buffer well (B) of the device.
4. پایلې ولولئ - Wait for colored band(s) to appear. د رنګ کارت سره سم پایلې په 15 - 20 دقیقو کې ولولئ.
Interpretation of Results
TSH< 5μlU/mL: If only a C line or the color of T line shallower than 5μlU/mL on the color card.
5μlU/mL< TSH< 50μlU/mL: T line intensity between the 5μlU/mL and 50μlU/mL marker on the color card.
TSH >50μlU/mL: T line stronger than 50μlU/mL marker on the color card.
ناسم: د کنټرول سیمه (C) کې هیڅ بانډ نه ښکاري. It indicates a possible error in performing the test. The test should be repeated using a new device.
حواله: بالغ≤5μlU/mL, Newborn≤10μlU/mL.
When TSH test result for Adult≤5μlU/mL, Newborn≤10μlU/mL, means no Thyroid hypofunction but not means no other barriers to thyroid function;
When TSH test result for Adult≥5μlU/mL, Newborn≥10μlU/mL, means Thyroid hypofunction.
