PRINCIPLE

The Canine Parvovirus Antigen Rapid Test Cassette is a rapid chromatographicimmunoassay for the qualitative detection of Canine Parvovirus antigen incanine feces: The two monoclonal antibodies in the test strip can recognizedifferent antigen surface determinants. If the sample contains CanineParvovirus, the virus will bind to the monoclonal antibody conjugated withcolloidal gold on the gold label pad to form antibody antigen complex, andmigrate along the reagent strip to the detection line(T line) of the membrane,and then combine with the coated monoclonal antibody to form a sandwichcomplex of "antibody antigen antibody" and gradually forming a a visibleT-line.the unconjugated colloidal gold antibody migrates through the T line andis captured by the Goat anti-Mouse IgG antibody of the quality control line (Cline) to form a visible C line. The test results are displaved bv C line and T line.

STORAGE AND STABILITY

Store as packaged in the sealed pouch at room temperature or refrigerated (2-30℃). The test is stable through the expiration date printed on the sealed pouch. The test must remain in the sealed pouch until use. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not use beyond the expiration date.
